Another Option: Qliance
If these rates seem too high for you, that’s understandable. The pervading environment for healthcare costs in our nation is becoming more and more out of proportion from what people can afford. This is why the Musicians Union also suggests a medical practice that operates outside of the medical insurance system.
Qliance is a new primary care specialist in downtown Seattle. Qliance is a monthly-fee clinic, of which you pay to be a member at a somewhat nominal fee (compared to HMO or PPO monthly premiums).
Qliance hosts an open house on the first Thursday of each month from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. This event is open to all prospective patients and is a great opportunity to see our facilities and meet a selection of our providers and staff. The next Qliance general open house for prospective patients will be on Thursday, July 3, from 5 pm to 7 pm at 509 Olive Way.
We think it’s important to help provide Washington state artists with means for preventative healthcare. Frequently, people who delay healthcare become chronically sicker. It is important to make sure that there are affordable options for the uninsured.
If all of this is confusing to you and you’d like to have some help, give us a call! If you want to know what some healthcare options for you are, or if you’d like to receive a free booklet on how to access healthcare in Washington, get in touch with us at (206) 441-7600.
